There are so many factors to consider: location, budget, guest capacity, catering options and more. Depending on these, there will be many different options available. We will help you find your ideal venue doing extensive research on venues that match your requirement & get the best deals for you.

This includes confirming times and locations of meetings/interviews with you and your family as well as with the vendors themselves. Vendors include Photographers & Videographers, Bands, Singers, Special Effects, Makeup Artists, Anchors and many more. We’re also on hand during these meetings to answer any questions you may have about the vendors and their services.

An exceptional service that we offer, is welcoming the guest to the wedding by creating a unique WhatsApp group to share the invites & individually attend to your guests from the point of announcing the wedding until departure at the end of all the events. We want to make sure that your guests have a great time and are able to get around easily. We can coordinate travel plans for your out-of-town guests as well as local guests, including transportation from the airport and into the venue itself.
On-site Management
Our team of event professionals will be on hand to make sure that your vision is brought to life & ensure that all the little details come together perfectly on your big day. We will coordinate with the all-service providers, from the Hotel Management to the vendors and make sure everything runs smoothly.
